A private practice space for the conversations that matter most — before they're real. You play yourself. An AI plays your direct report. The coaching is specific to Chime's leadership framework.
How a session works
1
Pick a scenario — each one puts you in a specific, realistic situation. Give your direct report a name (use a real one or a stand-in).
2
Have the conversation — type what you'd actually say. The AI character responds realistically, including pushback. There's no script.
3
End when you're ready — click "See my debrief" at any point. Aim for at least 4–6 exchanges to get meaningful feedback.
4
Read your debrief — you'll get specific, calibrated feedback across 4 dimensions, tied to your manager level and Chime's leadership expectations.
Live coaching
Turn it on before you start a session. After key exchanges, a coach observes and comments on your approach in real time — without interrupting the conversation. Your debrief will note that coaching was active.
Best for: managers who want moment-to-moment awareness, not just end-of-session reflection.
Nudges
Stuck on what to say? Each session gives you 2 nudges. They won't tell you what to say — they offer a thinking frame to help you get unstuck and move forward on your own.
Tips for better practice
Type what you'd actually say — not what sounds "correct." The debrief is more useful when it reflects your real instincts.
The character will push back. That's the point. Don't rush past the hard moments.
Use a real name for your direct report. It helps you stay in the scenario.
Try a scenario more than once. The second run usually looks very different from the first.
Your history and privacy
Your profile and session history are saved in your browser — not on a server, not visible to anyone else. They persist across visits on the same device and browser. Clearing your browser data will reset them.
